Bent lamination project to explore using a singular mold to create a modular form. My inspiration came from the fences on College street. I wanted to mimic ironwork with wood veneer to explore the quality of thin veneer with extreme bends and folds. I reused a mold, cut it into two, and added an extension piece in between to have modules of different lengths. With sheets of mother-of-pearl inlays in negative spaces.
